Since 1985, HDR|Claunch & Miller has provided over 26 years of excellent municipal engineering services to local cities, water districts, and other governmental clients. After creating a staple of municipal client service and quality engineering practices, Claunch & Miller, Inc. merged with HDR Engineering, Inc. in 2008 to expand our engineering resources and to provide a more comprehensive client service. These qualities are represented by our mission statement: “To be a superior professional firm known for our vision, value and service to our clients, our community and our employees." We are honored to provide these services to Newport M.U.D. and to continue our strong client relationships that has made HDR|Claunch & Miller a recognized engineering firm amongst others in the State. Our team looks forward to continue to provide the same quality engineering for the District that has been executed year after year.
HDR has been providing successful engineering services in the greater Houston area for over 25 years and with Newport MUD since 2000. This experience provides a unique knowledge of the District, its issues, its staff, its history, its direction and gives us a vested interest to insure the success of all projects we undertake for the District. Our project managers are supported by local and national technical expertise in the areas of transportation, municipal, environmental and resource management, water and wastewater, architecture and security.
